1. READ THE AACC RULES
In order to use the AACC facilities, you must read and understand the
AACC rules. Any group who violates these policies will face penalties.
2. DECIDE WHICH ROOMS AND FOR HOW LONG
You must ask to reserve specific rooms in the AACC, as listed below. Feel free to take a quick
virtual tour of our house as well. If you have any questions, please ask us questions or stop by to check the place out for yourselves.
3. CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABLE TIMES
4. FILL OUT THE FORM
Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. For last minute requests, please contact the head coordinator at
asianamericanculturalcenter@gmail.com.
5. AN AACC STAFF MEMBER WILL CONTACT YOU
You're not guaranteed a reservation until an AACC staff member contacts you and puts you down on the calendar below.
